This recording was made in true STEREO using two Neumann U-87 microphones and an M-S matrix transformer built by Leon Weed. DBX noise reduction was used during the taping in order to preserve the natural dynamic range of the music, which was recorded May 21, 1979 at a concert in Guilderland Center, N.Y. sponsored by Old Songs Inc., a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to preserving traditional music.

Runouts are etched except 'MASTERDISK, EDP' are stamped.
