Lispector and Maison Neuve, based in France, decided to join in 2006 in order to offer an eclectic and personal record. The result is this split album, which is, as Alistair Fitchett put it in Tangents, "a glorious confection of bedroom recording, all spooked space and easy charm; Johnathan Richman serenading Jean Seberg in a 14e arrondissement cafe, or Jean Paul Bemondo sprinkling gold dust on synthesizers in the rain on the Champs Elysees. Magic." This album has received very positive reviews in important French music magazines and webzines like Les Inrockuptibles, Magic, La Blogotheque, Popnews.com, etc.
